I used to run. Kinda. I ran a lot better a few years ago when I played field hockey. With some great tips from multiple awesome people, a good beginner's schedule/plan, and some new shoes, I've started running again. It was a rough week one, but I can't wait to progress and I'm really hoping I can stick to it and run a 5k in the spring. :)
