My sister and I set out to take strawberry jam. Last year we did peach, raspberry and wine berry jam, but we didn't do strawberry. SO, of course we had to make some this year.
..and well, it was like a vortex of strawberry, it was kinda
awesome.
So of course, I had to take a picture. Well apparently, you're not supposed to use a blender when making jam. So, unknowingly, we made jelly.
It all turned out well, except we forgot to skim it, so we only have one or two fair-quality jam jars, but hey, I don't care if it isn't perfect. It's still delicious. Of course..when you dump over five cups of sugar into something, what isn't? Hasta La Vista!

ReplyDeleteI really love the fourth one, right before the ones in the strawberry box. It just looks so delicious and red and you can still see that lovely strawberry shape and...mmm, yeah.
