Oak Creek Canyon & Sedona

On Thursday, after seeing the Painted Desert we found ourselves heading towards Flagstaff & Sedona. We stopped by Oak Creek Canyon, which was pretty cool.

I spotted a Stellar's Jay, basically the Arizona version of a Blue Jay, pretty neat ! It excited the birder in me like a little kid in a candy store.

This is the crazy road leading down through the mountains and eventually to Sedona.

Last but not least, a shot from a pull-off just outside of Sedona. It's a pretty interesting little town! More pictures to come.
