Bird Calls

Today I took a walk. Typically I got out with my dog, Mac, once a day for anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour. I went iPod-less so I could listen to the birds.

I was not disappointed! I spotted this Robin hanging out on an old bluebird box, which unfortunately, isn't being used. - But he sure looked spiffy on it!

I found a Red-Winged Blackbird hanging out by the creek, chirping away. This is the best picture I've gotten of one of these birds yet! I'm also starting to get the hang of a few basic bird calls, including this guy's song.

Last, but not least, some lovely flowers coming up by the side of our house. I love these tiny blue ones, they're adorable and so pretty! If you know the name..feel free to post it. I'd appreciate it! Hope you enjoyed them! More to come.
